Culwen's Point is the only sword in the game that carries +1 to All Skills until Azurewrath at level 85. It also has 70-80% Enhanced Damage and +20% Increased Attack Speed on a War Sword base of 8-20, and 20% Faster Hit Recovery, which only eight weapons in the game carry and none of them earlier than this. Poison Length Reduced by 50% halves how long a poison stays on the character, which halves its total damage.
